Villhem is a family of furniture built around a clear structural idea. A visible metal frame forms the construction, while different seating solutions and tables are developed within the same system. Each part of the family follows the same constructional logic and is designed to be separable for production, repair and long term use. The structure remains visible, and the design is defined by clarity, proportion and the relationship between construction and use.
Villhem Wood represents the more restrained expression of the Villhem family. The seating is formed by compression moulded, layer glued wooden shells with integrated armrests. Upholstered elements such as padded armrests, seats, backrests and neck cushions can be added individually, allowing the level of comfort to be adjusted while keeping the clear structural character of the design.
The armchair forms the core of the Villhem system and is available in both Wood and Supersoft versions.
