The Code 27 sofa system has adaptability built into the design concept. The system is infinitely extendable – from small easy chair to large sofa and even bigger still.
We created a code based on 27 cm modules and made a visual divide down the middle of the seat cushions, so they are all reversible and can be used any way up. No top or bottom, no right or wrong. It’s up to you how you combine the scatter cushions – small, medium or large, with the gaps in between lined up or not. It became an alphanumeric, a system of A, B, C + 27.
